Log into the online application during the application period.
After your on-line application is submitted and only when your application number is shown on the screen is your application considered accepted.
* This program only accepts on-line applications. Since seats are limited, please note the application period may be shortened if all seats are already filled.
Please follow the instruction of auto-reply email. Applicants may choose one of two payment options:
For applicants who want to pay in NT dollars, please enter the "Payment system" and pay by credit card online.
For applicants who want to pay in US dollars, please email to studymtc@mtc.ntnu.edu.tw. You will receive the payment notice of wire transfer from us.
*If you do not receive an email notification, please contact us ASAP.
A confirmation of complete application will be updated on our “Application Status”.
The confirmation of credit card payment needs 3~7 days;The confirmation of wire transfer needs 7~14 days. The application status will be updated after MTC gets payment confirmation from the bank.

Must Know
- All payments must be made by electronic bank transfer or credit card, not by ATM transfer. Please note that each bank will charge an additional handling fee for the remittance, so please make sure to include this fee in addition to the total tuition amount.
- After submitting the on-line application, an auto-reply email will be sent to your contact email account.
If you do not receive the auto-reply email within 24 hours after submission, please contact us to confirm reception of the application. - Be cautious of possible scams. Please make sure the notice email is sent from ( studymtc@mtc.ntnu.edu.tw ) and the beneficiary name account is “National Taiwan Normal University 402U account”.
- Applications are NOT considered complete until all requirements indicated in the auto-reply email have been fulfilled. The application process must be completed by the payment deadline. If the process has not been completed on time, the application will be considered incomplete and the program seat will be offered to another applicant.
