Apply on-line

  Apply on-line: Log into the online application portal during the application period (form 9:00am (GMT+8) on January 11th, 2021.) After your on-line application is submitted, your application number will be shown on the screen. Please track your status on "Application Status" with your application number. This program only accepts on-line applications and space is limited. Please refer to FAQ

Pay the tuition fee

  Receive the Payment Process Notice and Pay the tuition fee:
*International Payment is made through credit card .
*Payment in Taiwan can be made with either credit card or electconic bank transfers.

Email your receipt
  Email your receipt: studymtc@mtc.edu.tw. Be sure to indicate the application number, student's name and the program title―"Mandarin Summer Academy " in the email.

Application Completed
  Application completed: After MTC receives the emailed receipt and confirms the tuition has been paid, a confirmation of application completion will be emailed to you as soon as possible. Please refer to FAQ for further details.
Pre Arrival Information Package
 

Summer Academy Team will be sending out a pre-arrival information package to all parents and students on June 1st through email.

Information Package includes:
1. Checking in on the First day of the Academy (procedure, what to bring, what to expect)
2. Student dietary habits and health survey
3. Field Trip Consent Form
4. Online Placement Testing Information and Procedures.


Notice

  1. Due to COVID, tuition payment period will be set from April 6th.
  2. If MTC is unable to host the program due to COVID, a notice will be sent out at the beginning of April.
  3. The minimum number of applicants for the program to be held is: 30
  4. For international payments, please make the tuition payments with credit card.
  5. For payments made in Taiwan, you may use either credit card or electronic bank transfers (not by ATM transfers) .
  6. For electronic bank transfers, please note that each bank will charge a handling fee for remittance, so please make sure to include the fee in the total amount.
  7. Please check the refund policy and information in the FAQ before applying and completing the payments.
  8. Details of the payment process and refund policy will be included in the“Payment Process Notice” sent through email at the beginning of April.
